If I already own the 'Name in the Game' version, will there be a discount or some other deal going on so that, hopefully not coming across as cheap, I won't have to pay the full price again?

Prison rule No. 2. No eating ever.
Prison rule No. 3. under no circumstances may a inmate drink any water.
any of these rules are broken then its solitary.

Haha not quite, there is a number of present rules, such as If Weapon is Found, or Contraband etc. you can set the punishment of Cell confinement, Solitary for hours or days and I forgot what else right now been waiting/working for this announcement for awhile now. Haha I'm sure we'll explain stuff like that more the closer we are to release.

No release days eh said as of yet all we know it's spring and since this is the last month of spring we can assume it will be this month

We just officially announced that from June 28th North America and July 1st Europe, PA will be available. You can currently pre-order the digital and physical release.
GameStop says if you pre order you get the dlc and be able to make a prisoner. Is that prisoner part a GameStop only exclusive or will I get it by buying the game on Amazon? I would like to know before I pre order as I prefer using Amazon.
Everyone can currently enter our little contest where they can design a prisoner and be in the game. All you have to do is log in to your forum account and select Profile > Character on our PA site. https://prisonarchitect.double11.com/character3
From there you'll be able to create you character, we'll announce winners at a later date but once if you make it, when you sign into your Double ID account in the game, you'll be able to see your character and number of others in the number of Prisons in the game.
