Cheers Nat! This is actually my first prison with the basic layout concept I had before getting the game - utilities along the road; canteen, yard and workplaces central and allowing flow from eat to yard to work and parallel cell blocks feeding into them. I fenced-off the land at the top to prevent contraband throw-ins there and added the partial moat to force tunnellers into long detours.
Heh! That's probably because I quickly removed and replaced all the yard objects during testing (see above).
If it makes your QA feel any better the benches are facing the wrong way too! Of course they still both work okay but I will rotate everything for the sake of appearance.
Hmm, that is interesting. My other prison with lifters is one where I was testing gangs so there's more potential for unrest although currently they're still lifting with low danger and high safety (92 green, 1 yellow and 41 white). Maybe the historic disorder has a lasting effect?
This is good info - will add this in my next guide update. Otherwise the best advice for a quick fix for snapshot hunters is still to put a few benches in the canteen or individual cells.
